With decades of experience in local church ministry and graduate degrees in ministry, Lars and Larry can help you navigate and lead change in your church context.
Larry has a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon, and an MS in Ministry from Pepperdine University. He worked 27 years for Nike before retiring in 2008. Along with consulting he teaches and coordinates the Master of Arts in Leadership program at Bushnell University. He lives in Eugene, Oregon with his wife Paula where they enjoy being grandparents, traveling together, and trying to learn golf.
Lars has a BS in Accounting from Bushnell University and a Master of Arts in Theology with an emphasis in Youth, Family, and Culture from Fuller Theological Seminary and was a pastor for eight years. He is the author of Follow the Way. Lars wears many hats from parenting, Director of Programs and Development at Improving Leaders, Donor Relations Specialist at Bushnell University, speaker, and host of Value Add Conversations Podcast. Lars lives with his wife Janel and daughters, Ashlynn and Sloane, in Eugene, OR. He loves sleeping in, playing golf, hiking, being with family, and doing life with God in the neighborhood.
